This is the first thread in the individual fitness journals forum. This forum is like the team forum where you can post and get support, but the thread is for the individual to post progress and get support rather than a team. Please limit yourself to one thread unless it gets too long - no more than one per 4 weeks. As for me, since i'm not really a member of a team it sounds good to me. I need a place to blather on without annoying others  So why is this my most important challenge? I have high blood pressure and may be starting to show early warning signs of diabetes down the line if I don't change my ways. I am not getting any younger and being out of shape and overweight is starting to catch up to me. I started this challenge weighing the most I ever have - and I refuse to go higher. I'm determined to get through this challenge and keep going until I achieve my goals! Cardio completed today and weights in just over 12 hours. My cardio is actually better than I expected, but the muscles were definitely not used to that kind of workout anymore. Look forward to getting back up to my cardio shape from last summer. I had crazy killer DOMS the last few days from not lifting in almost a year. I am looking forward to getting my biceps back in the shape they were in last year (and better).
