Hi gang!

I've been spending most of my time on facebook but wanted to give you an update. I'm plugging along 9 weeks into this challenge - down 25lbs so far - and today completed a vigorous 82-mile bike ride. It's my longest ride since 1999. Here's the Garmin chart. How's that for some serious cardio!

How do you get an elevation below sea level?

It's a journey, not a joy-ride.

Very cool! Can you send me an PM with details on the Garmin? I'd love to get something like that. Does it interact with most heart rate monitors? Thnx

Thanks guys.

Some sections inland are a bit below sea level although most of the ride was along the San Diego coastline. The Garmin Edge 705 has it's own HRM and doesn't connect to other brands such as Polar. Search for it on Amazon to find out all about it and pricing.
