OK, I still have 5 weeks left on this challenge. I had 5.5 super great weeks, but the last 1.5 weeks haven't been so great. I've seen changes in my pics and some decrease in body fat%, but scales haven't really changed hardly at all and clothes are not fitting any better than 7 weeks ago. That's more disappointing than the scale weight.
So, a little background for those few people who don't know me!! Started BFL on Jan 28, 2002. Went from 32% bf down to my best, 16%! In May of 2008, had some abdominal surgery, gained some weight, but got back down for my wedding in June last year. While my weight was down, my bf% still wasn't where I wanted it. Then, add in another surgery, another hamstring injury and then some laziness!! My weight shot back up from 152 when I got married to 183 lbs and 35%bf about 7 weeks ago. I have not posted any pictures, but have taken them. LOL they aren't sooo good! HAH! Oh well, I know if I keep consistent, things will happen.
So, anyway, I'm going to keep this journal for the next 5 weeks, and hopefully get some good advice. I have some stressors happening, but I think it will actually help me than hurt. My hubby, GregRussian, is going off to school and wont be home during the week. I think it will actually help me to stick to my diet during the week, but we'll see. I'll start posting workouts/meals tomorrow.

Thanks guys. Here's whats happening so far today:
M1: 1/2 cup eggwhites, 1 serving oatmeal M2: missed but was supposed to be 1/2 cup 2% cc and an apple M3: 4 oz grilled chicken, 3 oz sweet potato, mixed veggies M4: myoplex lite shake
about to go to gym now for some cardio and LBWo.
M5: will be tuna, veggies M6: protein shake (bought some optimum nutrition casein protein but hasnt arrived yet)
Supplements I'm taking (in addition to my protein) consists of CLA, D4 thermo shocker, Xtend along with my prenatal vit, fish oil, and Vit D.
OK, there ya go. I'll report back after my workout. I got a new asthma medication that is good for exercise induced asthma, so I hope to be able to breathe a little bit better today. I've used it in the past and realy seemed to help. I'll let ya know!
