Had a good 4 weeks, lost some scale weight and body fat and figured out the fat calculator.

Started double sessions last week, evening b4l plan as written alternating cardio and weights. and a session of HIIT at 6AM. Felt fat loss and felt great. Hitting about 12-1500 calories. I want to stay about 1500 and want to increase protein to about 120 grams per day. I am focused on fat loss vs muscle gain right now.

I had to drop squats and deadlifts long ago due to lower back, added leg press. Am thinking about seated military press as opposed to standing, but will miss standing as it is such a great basic multijoint exercise. I also don't know what the crunching sound in the left shoulder is. It doesn't hurt, jsut sounds gross. I also blew off free day today and opted for a short 3 mile walk to get psyched for 6Am tomorrow. Family picnic is the 18TH and I am trying to hit 35" waist.

My old cloths fit like trashbags and its too early to buy new ones, so Goodwill, here I come..

Anyways, good luck this week, guys and girls..

Take care Tom
