I just completed my second 12 week period. I look better than I have since college. I've now lost 40 pounds and fit very well into very old clothes. I have no intention of stopping. It isn't easy to fit it in sometimes but every time (EVERY time) I go I am so proud of what I've accomplished in the day, no matter what. God bless you all for your support.
