Slipping in to a new year in stealth fashion. Monday 1-2 tabata thrusters 55#. It sucked in a good way, highest reps 10, lowest 5. Tuesday 1-3 35 DU's, 1 snatch, 7 rounds for time and total snatch weight. Total time 12:56, total snatch weight 410# Should have been over 500# but started too heavy and failed the second snatch. Missed rep = zero. Missing you people.

1-4 25 GHD SIT-UPS 1 MU (SUB 1 pull-up, one box dip) 20 abmat sit-ups (all the ghd's were taken), 2 pull-ups, 2 box dips 15 abmat sit-ups 3 pull-ups, 3 box dips 10 abmat sit-ups 4 pull-ups, 4 box dips 5 abmat sit-ups 5 pull-ups, 5 box dips 11:01 pull-ups still take me forever.

I ♥ you peeps for coming back!! I'm keeping this thread up even when I'm just talking to myself. Today was an hour long Body Pump class and let me just say that throwing this once a week 1 hour long short barbell with light weights in to my mix is helping my mental mojo and making me happy say I'm getting the shape of my muscles back. Although after all of the 80# push presses yesterday I feel like I'm in a constant shrug.  Carol very nice work. I've stopped worrying about how fast I get "there" (where ever that is) and started focusing on a good solid foundation even if it's not RX'd. I'm in this for the long haul and consistency has served me well to date so why change it now? Hi Diane!! We've missed you!!
