Morning runners. I am so ready to get back into some sort of routine and better eating. Vacation was awesome and I think I overindulged enough on everything, that I'm ready to clean out my system.

Just 4 weeks until Disney Princess Half and I am so not ready.

I'm sitting here, snuggled up on my comfy chair w my fleece blanket, not wanting to get up. lol I'm fried. Run in the snow yesterday, run in the snowy woods today, and my legs feel it. It's awesome, but I'm tired and need a good stretch. Just waiting for DS1 to wake up and DS2 to come home from a sleepover, and we have a hoops game this afternoon. Crazy, cuz we just signed him up YESTERDAY for BASEBALL!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder time flies.

Anyway, I need to get to the grocery store sometime today for the basics, and I need to do some food prep for myself. But not right now!

Good to see you back in the groove Janice after all the fun on vacay.

Gayle-I was feeling sorry for myself because I have to go walk in the wind. You were our running in the snow buff lady!!! I plan to crochet during the football games today. I am so looking forward to just sitting.

I did groceries this morning. I have a food plan for the next 24 hours which is all I can handle. I will check back in after the windy walk. I can't seem to get myself to drink my water these days. I am in some weird kind of rebellion and I know I'm de-hydrated.

Thanks for the new thread!

skipped run this a.m....my inner ear is still funky and it just makes me tired.

I will feel fab about 4pm when this house is done done done.

Yay new fresh thread!! Whee!!

Nothing to report here...I an considering cutting out added sugar from my diet for a couple months...any thoughts? I notice it slows me down and makes it hard to think straight if I have a high sugar snack.

I did not exercise this weekend but I repainted and redecorated my living room instead! It looks amazing! I will post some photos on facebook when I find some motivation, lol.

Time to get a bath and head for bed! Early run in the snow tomorrow, oof.

I find it hard to think straight if I DON'T have sugar  Okay, I guess that's more when I don't have enough carbs of any kind.

Had a nice run, about 3.5 mi today.

HIYA!

Bootcamp DONE this morning at 5:30 AM. 8 rounds of 8 different exercises, 8 rounds of jumping roping, 8 planks. Planks and jumping rope were timed for 20 seconds, 10 second rest. My jump roping at 6:00 AM is laughable.

Amy I assume you are referring to processed sugar, not natural fruit sugar right?

Jeanne - What is going on with P? How are you holding up? I agree on the sugar - I think I could be a vegetarian, give up meat - OK. Just don't take away my SUGAR!

Janice - So are you meeting up with Ting at the Disney half? Anyone else going with you? Ting seems like a blast, but elusive. Probably just cause I haven't met her.

Pam - Hope that ear gets better, fast. I think earaches are the absolute worst to deal with!

Julia - Thinking of you and your stressful work situations. Hope you get a good energy burn at lunch.
