I'm here. Sort of in a funk. I can't quite put my finger on it. There's nothing going on to justify feeling blah or funky, and nothing negative or bad has happened. I'm directionless, if anybody would like to help. I don't know which direction to go in w my workouts. My official run training begin tomorrow (biggest event for the first half of 2012 is the Devil event at the end of July and I'm shooting for 40 miles there). between then and now there's a 10K (next weekend), a tri (hoping for the Oly) beginning of June, a half marathon end of June and then the Devil. So....I've got goals, but don't know how to get there. I can't seem to stick w a specific training technique, rotation or routine right now...I lose interest quickly for some reason. I wanna do heavy weights, circuit training, Death Gym CF-type stuff, AND cardio. How do you make it all fit and find the happy medium???
ACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep on truckin', mama!

Janice-Just need to change things up, shakes things around and get bee stung in the head 1000 times like a honeybadger and keep going to get what I want!
Gayle-I have been in limbo since my surgery fell thru. I'm starting with a challenge tomorrow and then just seeing how the knee does. I also am looking at what I enjoy rather than what I think I need to do. Honeybadger has to have fun! I would keep it simple and focus on one event at a time. I get too overwhelmed when things get too complicated but that is just me. You will succeed at whatever you do because you are a badass!!!
