Only cuz CB said that we're lazy if we don't start a thread...am I starting one. My body hurts like hell. I'm going to spin and do yoga today. So, I should be completely miserable tomorrow. I'm sure I'm not eating enough. Ok, off to change out the jammies for "work around the house" clothes. Probably the same clothing. "Off the sauce" = No drinking. Which I didn't do.

Sure thing...you got your nighttime jammies and your daytime jammies. My hubs always makes fun of me when I go change from one set to the other.
Skipped insanity this morning because I have a tennis match at 9. I was way too tired during my match last week after the Insanity. So I will try to do it this afternoon. If not, I will catch up on Saturday.
Have a good day crazies.

Carbar- Sorry about your son! I can't imagine back pain like that. I think you mentioned last week that he is a bear right now. No wonder. That sucks...for everyone.
I am definitely upping the calories. I hate being hungry. Plus, gotta fuel the workouts.

Hey everybody, I'm lovin the super creative title we got for the thread today.
Had to switch up my workouts this week again, so i did cardio yesterday and will do my LBWO today. EAting much better so far this week than i did last, so thats a plus. Also, after my UBWO saturday (my 2nd) I was much less sore than after the first one, and by rights, i think i did more weight.
Ana/Allie/Whatever your name is - Totally badass for spinning whemn your sore. I tried it once (just spinning, not sore) and I liken it to waterboarding and other forms of cruel and unusual punishment. No thank you.
CB - Hope your son starts feeling better.
Lisa - I'm not a woman, but im pretty sure 1300 is way too low a number for one of those programs. I know that when i was looking into p90x, i was gonna have to push close to 3000 calories a day. My normal weight loss range is 1800-2200. If your protein and fat levels are good in your diet now, id add 100 calories per major meal of complex carbs to bring you up to 1600 calories and you'll still lose plenty of weight but you'll feel alot better. You cant deplete your energy like those programs make you and expect to function. Avoid loading too, because your likely to overeat and not properly process the food.
Val - Damn you for putting that picture into my head.
DE - hit it hard
