stumbled a bit this last week, but now that i have the next week off it is time to get back on the training road again. it wasn't a huge stumble but still enough to be irate with myself. still have the drive but i think it slipped into neutral...some days i think it is to hard to eat this much but pushing forward here i go..
my thanks: a great job my whole family my drive to be healthy...

We've all been there. Getting back at it is the right thing to do. I took too long of time off and now I am starting to feel really good since being back on. I love this feeling. It's crazy how good we feel but we still slip sometimes.
